the batch of beer i just finished was the best ever... i can drink a _LOT_ of beer and i would be drunk (pretty much) off a single litre (equivalent to 3 bottles of beers)
it was double fermented, black as oil, over 12%... thick as hell, very sweet like syrup... mmm i miss it... i ran out a week ago tonight
i drank a pitcher and a half of stella the night after and i was hardly buzzed (i would say i wasn't at all but that doesn't seem to me possible)

Personal Favorite. Too expensive though, only drink it when my step dad buys it.
Beers of choice here at school are usually Naty Light or Keystone. Both suck, both taste awful, both are 10$ a case.

every country has some great beers. Belgium has 20x as many as any other country. Leffe has been made since 1240 @_@. All the breweries in Belgium (over 1100 of them)...some of them have been around for centuries. True craftsmanship.
i've taking a class over europe between the years of like 1648-1789 and the teacher stopped one day to talk about belguim beers and good they were lol. It actually started with him talking about how Louis XIV took some german territories and then "While we're on France, have i told you about how suck french beers are?" Pretty interesting class :D

there's a small fancy pub in my town that imports all sorts of Belgium beers not available outside of Belgium... expensive as fuck but oh, so good...
think my favourite is Luete Bök... tastes like apple cider.. but a bit darker, and it's like 15% :P
